[Shotimes] book time for SHO work?

Someone just emailed me in the Albany area looking for me to do some work on
thier SHO. They have a badly leaking front crank seal, and they were quoted
an arm and a leg at the stealer. What is the "book time" of what it should
take? I just want to give him an estimate. Thanks
