[Shotimes] Cooling system woes

Put the proper thermostat (with giggle valve), and replace the temperature
gauge sending unit. The giggle valve style thermostst will bleed itself. Top
the reservoir off after a few drive cycles.

Sometimes the temp sending unit will go bad after an overheat (pegging the
gauge).

Change the coolant if its more than 2 years old.
