[Shotimes] Cooling system woes

No it is not necessary to have a jiggle valve.  But you are probably about a
1/2 gallon low on antifreeze.  Let it cool down, open the radiator and top
off.  Have you installed a new cap too.?  If you want drill a small hole in
the t-stat but again it is not needed.
