[Shotimes] Warning Chime and Interesting Ford Dealer

Ok it's hitting below 0 here and I've got this damn warning chime that keeps coming on. First time I had gotten it the low coolant light had come on with it that was in December and it was low I filled it and the light and chime went away. Now it's back light and all and it's full of coolant.any idea's anyone.It's driving me nuts. 
Had to drop by the local Ford Dealer this morning my lugnut key was loose and my wife cleaned the car for me and tossed it. So two weeks for a new key and I'm praying to the tire gods for no flats so I don't have to bust the locks off. On the way out I spotted a 97 Sho black good looking car and I'm dressed for 30 below so I stop and look at it and get a very eager used car salesman out there. He said thats a Taurus SHO very fast car Of course my 90 is parked next to the 97 he HAD NO IDEA mine was a SHO. Price on the windshield 7995 He pulls the keys out and we go for a little ride so I put Mr salesman on the spot about welded cams. He said he has no idea if they are or not. but as soon as I bring it up he drops the price down to 4995. We get back and I tell him I think I'll just stick with my SHO. He then asked me what it cost's to have the cam's welded and I tossed out 1000.00 and the car came down to 3995 he then told me it's been on the lot 11 months.
