I think it is a place called Spring Hills? I gave him this e-mail address so 
he can see the replies.

As for RPM, I will credit the boy with saying it was "4 or 5 thousand RPM". 
I went with the high estimate. He couldn't be sure as he was panicking at 
the time :-)
