The 93 JBL head unit has provisions for the CD unit. The head unit comes
with a shorting plug that you remove and plug in a DAISY chain cable. The
original harness plug then plugs into the CD deck. It's been a while since
I've been into this, but that's the general arangement. I believe 93 thru 95
are the same.
