Don't remove any part of the pump until you can buy your replacement parts.  Then you will know how much of the waterpump to remove.  It is best in any event to replace the o-rings but they may be very difficult to find.  The gasket in the water outlet housing can be made from raw gasket material, but the o-rings are a different story.
