The V8 ford manual tech stuff makes a point to note they are torque to
yield.  the V6 does not, and from what I've heard you can.  If you are doing
routine work for a street SHO (rod bearings, or head gasket replace) then
you should be fine re-using.  May not be a bad idea if you are putting
together a track motor or something thats gonna really spin, but that being
said, the rod bolts/nuts only come with the Ford rod assembly (probably not
hard to get ARP or somebody to find or make a suitable replacement or some
good studs).  Head bolts are pretty $$, and I've honestly never checked into
the main cap bolts availability.

I've re-used SHO head bolts with no problems.  Josh has probably had the
heads off his blue 95 half a dozen times, dunno if he re-used the bolts but
I bet he has at least a few times.
