Guys, I talked to Bob (manager at Gingerman), and he says they have 8/17,
8/18, and 8/31 available.  I'm thinking earlier in the month would be better,
so that some of the college students that wanted to come can make it.  Also, a
lot of the kids are starting school around that time, making it harder for us
parents.

Costs:

Track-$2500
Insurance-$500
Corner workers-$170

So that's a grand total of $3,170.  With just 20 people, we could do it for a
little over $150 each.
