[Shotimes] Suspension? Advice

 I am still a little confused? The top plates can be moved to change camber
and caster depending on how you grind the holes out. Looking at the
adjustable strut rod it is not straight in line with the suspension and
seems like as you adjust it, changes would occur in camber and caster?
