[Shotimes] Suspension? Advice

Both points are true.

It has been my experience that most people slot the
strut tower holes to adjust camber only. I don't know
too many people who have done it to adjust caster
although that would/should also work.

I don't have an arm in front of me but I believe that
the threaded end that sits in the spindle is more or
less parallel with the side of the car. Adjusting this
should move the spindle forward or backwards (more or
less). Now that you mention it, camber may change
slightly but I really don't know.
