I recieved another speeding ticket last week,65 in a 55.I had the cruise control set for 65.The reason for that is my speedo is 9 to 10 over.I went from factory set tires and rims,which were P215-65R15's to P215-60R16's.My question is, how many MPH over would the 16's make the speedo?Surely not 10
