[Shotimes] Shaking at 70

I once had a balnce job that was terrible. They redid it and it was
terrible. I watched them redo it. They had it perfect on the machine.We
re-did it a third time, this time on a different machine.
Guess what?
All the weights were exactly 90 degrees off.
Their machine was at fault, needed repair or calibration.
