[Shotimes] Passing vehicle inspection

Last week "Red" my '90 was due for an inspection,so I take him.Well not only did he not pass,his NOx was almost twice the standard reading.I was pissed.And I ask myself what can I do?The test person was a real idiot.1st rattle out of the bat he trys to open the hood.Very unsuccesful and unprofessional.I open for him.And he says damn,what kind of motor is that,2nd stupid thing he said,I inform him the engine type he is looking at is a SHO,made for Ford by Yamaha.He looks at me and says no way.This (thing) will never pass.I'm wishing now that Red's hood will come crashing down and smash this idiot.He doesn't.So he procedes with the testing,except the machine is as the inspector says "a piece of shit machine"  He couldn't get the rpm monitor to work.So he bypasses and continues the testing.Right then I should have told him to stop I will go somewhere else.To the results:
1st run:Standard NOx is 1163(ppm)....@25mph 2216(ppm)@15mph 2058(ppm)
Yikes!!!I go and get some octane boost stuff that guarantees or double your money back.This stuff WORKS.The funny part of this story is I come home and tell Patty,and she looks at me and knows I am in a bad mood.She calls up the inspector and jumps his ass.Saying that SHO will pass.He bets her it won't,and will pay for it to be tested at another location.With the octane boost and she drove Red hard and got the cats really hot.At the place where the inspector choose Patty  met him there.And Red Passed.......YeeHaw....2nd Reading NOx 1131(ppm)@25 mph and 1178(ppm)@15 mph.Reds numbers dropped nearly in half.So I am a firm believer in this emissions octane booster stuff.And the cool part, the idiot inspection dude had to pay for the 2nd testing.
