[Shotimes] Overheating / Fan issues

Before yanking it out, test it by checking to see if it comes on when your HVAC is
set to Automatic. It should run all the time then. If it works but does not come on
on when set to Vent, it could be your ECT sensor or the watchamacallit relay module
under the smog sticker panel over the radiator.
