I found the cause of my hard 1-2 upshift. When all else fails check the motor mount. Front mount broken so the slamming she is hearing when it shifts 1-2 is the mount smacking the subframe. Got one on the way locally so that should cure that problem.
And Ron I ALWAYS give credit where credit is due........ That and it's so damn true........
Missed you out in Portage today Bill and I took a spin out, Amazingly the 90 had NO real problems to mention but Bill lost brake turns on the 95..... Sticky hazzard switch I assume.
Dave.
Hunting parts for 3.45987 SHO's now WHOOO HOOOO FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do have the 94 Kevin and have confirmed that I have the D471 PCM, but
yes, that is a good idea--I do not know how earlier cars will be
affected by this, but seeing as how it is an "easy enough" idea to try,
no harm, no foul IMHO.

Christina:
This is a good tip and may help. If your have a 93 ATX be sure and
upgrade to the 1994-95 D4U1 PCM. This made a noticeable difference in
my 93. . .
