I've got a 95 ATX which seems to have some cooling problems. It seems like the fans never kick in to high speed at all. Aren't they supposed to do so when you turn the a/c to max? If so, well then they don't... No codes are being thrown at all either. I'm tempted to replace ECT and temp sender unit for good measure, but I'm thinking it's more likely the IRCM. Any thoughts, suggestions?
