If your temp senders are original, it would be good to replace them.  A lot of
things depend on the IRCM....if that is bad, the car probably wouldn't run.  I'd
check the fan itself first....disconnect it from the IRCM and hot wire it to the
battery.  If it runs, you have a problem further up stream in the electronics, but
if it doesn't, you've found the problem.
