[Shotimes] Cooling Problem

I'd spend the $10 on new coolant and flush first. I don't know about ATX,
but the MTX fan is not that loud, and when it kicks on you can feel the
hot air blowing out between the rad and the engine. The temp variation is
easily seen on the gauge.
