[Shotimes] Parking light problem

I'm trying to track down why my parking lights go out with a loud click for no reason, then come on just as mysteriously at a random interval of time.  My headlight switch is about 4 years old, but I have not changed the autolight switch yet (the one the sensor uses).  Note, the headlights do NOT go out.

P.S.  If anyone can figure out why our '94 Accord idles at 3500RPM ONLY when hot, I'd appreciate it!  I've already done a valve adjustment and found a sticky PCV...
My next step is to take the Intake apart!
