[Shotimes] Retrofitting A/C

Systems that have been converted to R134a typically take about 80-85% of the
rated R-12 charge.  If an R12 system took 2.25 lbs, it would likely only
require 1.8 - 1.9 lbs of R134a.

Typical oil charge is 5-7 oz of oil assuming all oil was removed .
