In specing out some stuff for doing a 3.2L SHO ranger last year, I recall
the M5R1 tranny from the ranger having a 260 ft/lb torque capacity, should
be plenty for a n/a SHO motor.

You'll need to either turn the inside of the crank of the SHO, or get a
pilot bearing and turn down the OD to fit on the SHO snout.
