[Shotimes] Redundant radio control

One of the most interesting things about this is the fact that you can pop
out the control without opening the dash up.  On mine I was able to just
use my hands to get the controls to pop out.  And once you jostle it, at
least on mine, all the buttons started working again.  Not to get that
pesky bulb replaced.
