[Shotimes] Inner Tie Rod Ends?

They hook the steering rack up to the wheels via the tie rod itself. So
when you turn the steering wheel it pulls and pushes on the tie rods to make
the spindles and your front wheels turn one way or another. Tie rod ends are
the flexible joints at each end of the tie rod to allow for all the
suspension movement plus turning.
