[Shotimes] Chip Help

Upgrading the PCM isn't a bad idea but the chip is
just about worthless unless the car is dyno tuned.

The first thing on any gen1/2 SHO that should be done
is suspension IMHO. Just about any SHO still running
around on orginal suspension parts is not a safe car
based on age and mileage.
