[Shotimes] Oil blow-by?

[Paul Nimz]

This puts a vacuum on the crankcase, though only a slight one on the V6 due
to it's anemic PCV setup.  This vacuum will help the rings seal better which
will help to eliminate the blowby.  It also will eliminate the moisture that
is brought in from the ambient air, which is considerable and about 50% of
the blowby gasses.  The vacuum on the crankcase will also help with the oil
in the plug well problem.
