[Shotimes] Oil blow-by?

So what has to be done on the V6 motor to run a setup
like this? Which ports get plugged?

Any downsides? 

Don't some people run a filter on their PCV lines to
clean out all of the carbon and oil deposits? I guess
there is no need (or place) for a filter with the
system plugged up?
