Paul,

Could you expand on this Castrol treatment please? And do you mean to use Castrol GTX Hi in combination with the auto-rx treatment?

My car is strictly a "warm days only" car. I'm currently using 5W30, cause everyone is recommending this. But 10W30 should be fine for warm weather only, should it not?

FWIW, I had an Amsoil oil analysis done at around 110k (where the oil consumption was 700 miles/qt.)  It came back fine; nothing was out of spec. 

Btw, I just realized that I have been specifying the oil consumption in all my email as "miles/gl". It should of course be "miles/qt".
