[Shotimes] Looking for SHO person from CA...HELP

I got a FAXed registration for the convention Wednesday at 
4:30pm Central time zone.

It was from someone in Dublin CA.94568  The zip code was the 
only thing on the form that was close to being readable.

The first name looks to be Greg (maybe not) with a last name 
beginning in A or maybe H and ending in possibly ell. and it 
seems to have a Y in the middle somewhere. Ar_ _yell?

The phone number appears to have 519 as the second three 
numbers, area code is 965 maybe.

E-mail address appears to have a 011 in it right before the 
@ sign.

Anyone know who this could be, and how to get in touch with 
them?  I need them to send another FAX with the information 
very BOLD!
