I'm confused; the sticker was 45,600 for a GTO? MSRP for them is 33k!

Well a buddy of mine is the sales manager at a local Pontiac delaer and
dropped off a 04 GTO for me test drive for the weekend. I've had it
since 9 am..He is so sure after the weekend I'll buy this thing. Well he
is wrong. After a few hours of seat time I've got to say I don't like
it. It feels cramped on me but I gotta say it's a speeding ticket
waiting to happen!. Very strange blind spot in the car where you could
lose a semi very discomforting on the freeway. It gets up and moves
right out spins the tires with ease and it handles ok alot of front end
bias to the car. Interior is gaudy then again it might be the fact it's
blue leather but looks like it may have the same problems as the SHO a
few years down the road.
It's better then the last Firebird I drove but does have some strange
squeeks and rattles but nothing as bad as the F-Body cars. with 3200
miles on it. It's showing some interior wear already. In the GTO Vs SHO
debate performance wise the GTO wins with a sticker price of 45,600 on
the GTO well I could do alot to a SHO for the money I saved.
My wife came home for lunch and I gave her the keys and took my Ford
back..
Dave
