Yes and no.
the IS 300 features the 2jze motor that is the same block as the 2zjett. ths 
supra motor will fit with some modifications. the block is the same but the 
accessories and some of the lines are in different locations. the supra swap 
has been done but it's very expensive (i.e. 6k+). more fun just to put a 
single turbo on the existing motor. in japan i believe that there is a twin 
turbo model from the factory. they are VERY good handaling cars. i'd love to 
get one for nothing more than RWD. they also make wicked drift cars :)
