[Shotimes] 3.0 Cam measurements

With spring right around the corner I'm starting to pull my 3.2 outta the
parts car. One of the first things I wanted to do was swap one of the sets
of 3.0 cams I have to it. I have 3 pair of 3.0 heads with cams. I think all
of them look unworn. My question is, is there a specific measurement I can
do with a caliper to tell me which are the least worn set or what not. I
kinda want to get the parts put aside and sell off all the stuff I don't
need so that I can line everything else I need up for the swap.
 
I i can use 3.2 exhaust cams with the 3.0 intake cams right? I seem to think
that was the case, but I could be wrong.
 
Thanks in advance to anyone that has a measurement that a cam should be at.
I'm not looking for lift and duration, just overall measurement of the lobe
so that I can gauge wear.
