[Shotimes] Clarification on: SHO cranking but not starting

I'm not disputing anyone's experience with starters having different numbers
of teeth, but in my case I found that the offset of the shaft that the
starter gear teeth is mounted on, relative to the flywheel, is increased
with a starter that has more teeth. So the teeth still mesh fine with the
flywheel.
