Bad idea.  We've discussed this before on the list.  It causes your car to
run in an "always rich" state which can and will eventualy destroy your cats
which inturn will destroy your engine.  Oh yeah, and it's a DEFINITE
violation of warrenty (which they ALWAYS lie and say it isn't), but that
doesn't matter on a 10 year old car.  This is pretty much a scam on ebay,
you can search online and find instructions on how to do this to your car
for less than $1 in parts, but like I said, it's a bad idea.  Want your car
to run cooler and produce more power?  I'll sell you my stuck open T-stat
for $5.  <G>
