[Shotimes] ATX rev limiter

IIRC, isn't the neutral rev limit for the ATX set at 4500 RPM? I took my tach
needle off to replace my gauge faces and now when I get a correct idle tach
reading (~750 RPM), the rev limiter appears to cut in at 3500 RPM. I'm not
sure if I just really messed the needle spring up, which I don't think
happened, or my computer hates me, which, knowing my luck, is quite a bit more
likely. Is there any way I can fix this?

As always, thanks for any advice.
