[Shotimes] Fuel Tank Capacity

No, no, no, I'm not starting anything.

Up until today, I thought that all SHO's were SUPPOSED to have 18.6 gallon 
tanks. Well.... reading my owners manual, my '99 is supposed to have a 16 
gallon tank. What year did Ford stop having the optional bigger tank?
