[Shotimes] OT - Strange sign on New York Tollway

I've only driven the western part of the Thruway a handful of times, but I
noticed that section seems to be little worse than say the NYC to Albany
stretch.  The salt baths those road take in the winter time are incredible,
and then when you add the plows on top of that it is amazing they are as
good as that I guess.  About the gas prices, I everything is relative.  I
suppose those prices are cheap for Canadians!
