19 lbs means 19 lbs/hr

and I assume by ccs you mean cc's, which really means cc/min


1 gallon of gasoline weighs 6.2 lbs

so, 19 lbs/hr = 3.06 gals/hr


1 gallon is equal to 3785.4 cc

so, 3.06 gals/hr = 11583.4 cc/hr


1 hour has 60 mins

so, 11583.4 cc/hr = 193 cc/min


Was that so difficult?  The only thing I had to look up was the gals-to-cc
conversion.
