The code 95 is one I am pretty sure you can ignore. The 41 says that the
rear O2 sensor is lean. It should show up on KOER as well. 67 says something
to the effect of your neutral switch is intermittent.

KOEO I get 41 67 95 and the CE is off when I'm driving but when I go to stop
it comes on then goes right back out after take off. And now I'm seeing a
little puff of smoke at take off. Any idea's what the hell is going on here?
