[Shotimes] rear brake caliper

Ok, gang, Annabelle's got another problem... actually, it's had it for a
while; I just noticed it recently. The rear right brake caliper appears to be
sticking, more at certain points on the rotor. The latter is obviously caused
by warpage from said sticking, but does anybody happen to know off the top of
their head what would be the most likely cause for this? I looked at it and it
didn't appear to be the Ebrake, but I lacked the tools, the time, and the
experience to troubleshoot it right. Still lack the experience... this *is* my
first car, after all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
