Out of
curiosity, has anyone used the products from http://www.leatherique.com/?
I've heard they are supposed to be miraculous,
I just purchased some Leatherique products [rejuvenator and cleaner],
primarily for use on the leather in my 91 Audi 200 20v [my 93 SHO has leather
/cloth]. They say to apply on a warm day and let it soak in [don't recall if Lexol
suggested the same, but it is what I did when used on the SHO's leather]. So far
this year, in Wisconsin, there haven't been any warm days, so I took a little
portable heater and warmed the interior up and applied the rejuvenator oil
and let it soak, in a warm enviroment, for a couple hours. I would'nt call the
results a miracle, but they are very good. The shift boot and drivers seat
soaked up all the oil and improved dramatically, seat leather that was in good
condition didn't soak up as much but did improve some. They say to do 2-3
applications if needed, so I'll wait until the weather warms a bit to apply more. If
I'd been thinking I'd have done a side by side comparison of Lexol and
Leatherique, I wasn't thinking.
