[Shotimes] emissions

Something else that you may find odd is that here in Ohio, only some
counties require emmissions testing.  Those in the northwestern corner
of the state don't.  At least most of them anyways.  I bought my car in
Cleveland, which requires testing.  The PO made sure to tell me that
there was still time left on the test he had done.  I just smiled and 
drove
away.
