[Shotimes] What is a PA Emissions Test????

You think that's a rip off you should have seen the one we had in Michigan. it was for cars 10 years and newer. and that was 10-12 years ago. So if they were doing it now. it would be 94-04 cars and we did not have state inspection stations. The quick oil change and muffler shops did them. back when they were doing it I had a car a little to modified to pass the sniffer and paid off the guy to pass me. 25.00 he kept his own car is the other bay and would hook up to that and pass yours. That was before I had a friend with a muffler shop that use to do it for free.
