[Shotimes] What is a PA Emissions Test????

It always cracked me up when I lived in Gwinnett County (GA) inside the
Emissions test zone, go to the testing station and wait in line with 10-15
other cars for 45 mins, everybody sitting there idling with the A/C running
to stay cool.  Wonder how much pollution gets pumped out from the millions
of folks sitting around burning gas while they wait?

Of course the old vehicles (like my dad's 76 400 CI V8 work van) that get 9
mpg and run like crap/pollute, are exempt.  lol.  Idiots.
