Perspective? hmmm,  gasoline / hand soap or shampoo.
Well considering one may fill up once a week if they drive their SHO to and 
from work daily and around town on weekends. And one, (me) might go through a 
bottle of shampoo about every month, and yes I have a full head of hair so no 
skimping on the shampoo. You do the math. If thats your justification for 
higher taxes, ENJOY.
