[Shotimes] headlight aiming

At a local store, I bought a special-purpose tool for this.  It's made
specifically for Fords, a reversible ratchet about 8or 9 inches long.  Does
a great job of reaching all three of the aiming screws.  There are three
screws so you have vertical and horizontal aiming.

How do you aim the stupid headlights? there appear to be these little
