I've never had a problem using bogus activation numbers in the two years
I've been using XP. I even recently got a new computer with no hard drives,
popped the old ones in and booted right up. Got the latest drivers for the
new hardware and in less than two hours had a new machine configured as my
old one was. Getting the updates in not a problem either. You guys must be
using the XP Home edition.....
