I don't know what year your TDI is but Advance (partsAmerica) shows pads for
a '99 based on a quick check.  You can go ceramic, or look for Bendix
TitaniuMetallic pads (they show both).  You don't want the organic Bendix
crap.  The TitaniuMetallic Pads that are on the wife's car are still going
15 K after doing BlackHawk, and the car did TWO sessions at Blackhawk.
