Hey everybody... I really want to purchase new leather seat replacement kits. www.leatherseats.com  carries a kit for our 1 and 2nd generation SHO's. I have seen these kits in action, (not in a SHO, but a Maxima converted to leather) and you could NEVER tell that it was a kit. The company makes these to factory standards, but uses BMW/Audi quality leather. I personally am buying the kit, but Leatherseats offers a group discount. The main kit for our car is 679.00, and the premium kit (full leather in back seat, no matched vynl) is 779.00. If we can get 10 people or more, the kit wll come down to 589.00 or 689.00 depending on the partial or full back seat.
