swear it does. I bought the thing with 100k on it, so maybe the previous
owner had the rack replaced with a VAPS one? 

519 is a KOEO code, it came before the goose test part of the KOER
diagnostics.

You don't have VAPS on a 92 (or shouldn't)

I think that you may have gotten that code because you
forgot to steer the wheel back and forth. IIRC this is
part of one of the self tests...
